Examinations Officer, General Duties & Accounts – WAEC

The West African Examinations Council is West Africa’s foremost examining board established by law to determine the examinations required in the public interest in the English-speaking West African countries, to conduct the examinations and to award certificates comparable to those of equivalent examining authorities internationally.

The West African Examination Council invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerians to fill the under mentioned vacancies. Preference would be given to candidates from the following states: Adamawa, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Ebonyi, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Niger, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara.

Qualification
Applicants must possess five (5) credits in SSCE/WASSCE including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language and Mathematics.

Requirement
Possession of First Degree or HND from any recognized Institution and NYSC discharge certificate. Applicants must not be above 35 years. Computer literacy would be required.

Applicants must possess five (5) credits in SSCE/WASSCE including English Language and Mathematics at a sitting or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings including English Language and Mathematics.

Requirement
Possession of First Degree or HND in Accounting from any recognized Institution and NYSC discharge certificate. Possession of relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage. Applicants must not be above 35 years. Computer literacy would be required.
