Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Adexen is mandated to recruit an Operations & Maintenace Manager by one of the world’s leaders in power generation and electrical grid.
The Operations & Maintenance Manager is accountable for the operation support, maintenance and administration activities at the Power Station and implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems that meets local as well as company’s requirements. The Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations and forming and maintaining a competent team that achieves the highest standards of performance.

Desired Skills & Experience

MSc or BSc in Engineering
At least two years’ experience in line management
At least seven years’ experience in maintenance of Power Stations or large continuous process plants, of which some years may be in commissioning.
Knowledge of Power Stations.
Good management skills combining task and people orientation with the ability to reach satisfactorily negotiated solutions.
Good leadership skills proven in a multicultural environment.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
