According to the young forward’s agent Hayati Sen, Ofoedu is on his way back to Nigeria.

He disclosed to MTNFootball.com that Ofoedu’s contract has expired and, though he has helped the club finish on the table, will no longer be part of the promotion pay- offs.

“Chikeluba’s contract has expired, you know he was signed on loan and the loan deal has expired. As I speak with you now he is on his way to Nigeria,” Hayat Sen disclosed.

“He is not lacking suitors here in Turkey because he did well; there are offers from Denizlispor, Buraspor, Kariyaka, Balikesirspor and Manisaspor.”

Ofoedu scored seven goals in the league for 1461 Trabzon and four in the cup.
