Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist Regional Project Manager to lead project team to deliver a profitable world class training centre in Nigeria
Partner with the Regional Project Manager to assume accountability for safe implementation, operations and management of training centre(s) in Nigeria
Support Regional Project Manager to develop resourcing plan for region and recruit skill pool to deliver project objectives
Collaboration with Petrofac IES project teams in Nigeria
Contribute to the development and management of all client interfaces in Nigeria
Assist Regional Project Manager with implementation and delivery of PTS HSSEIA plan annually
Participation in Business Development activities involving critical projects and key relationships in country
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and systems
Team leadership for Project teams that will support projects for Petrofac Training Services in Nigeria; the incumbent will support business growth by being responsible for day to day management and leadership of individuals to ensure productivity, quality in operations while ensuring high levels of team engagement.
Desired Skills & Experience

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred incumbent to be a Nigerian National
Educated to a minimum of degree level
Desirable to possess a professional qualification in training and development or similar
Possess some experience in managing professional staff in a multi discipline and diverse team environment
Effective and articulate communicator
Demonstrable track record of project delivery, preferably in international projects
Understanding of the technical training industry
Desirable experience in the design, development or operation of a Technical Training Centre
