WorldsView Technologies – Our business is distributing Autodesk software throughout Sub-Saharan Africa through a local reseller channel.

We have offices in South Africa and Kenya, and we now plan to open up in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual that can

report into our South African office, but be based in Lagos
establish and develop this office, hire and manage a team of initially 2 staff members
Have at least 2 years working experience in either a manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, architectural or process plant environment, preferably with a technical degree
carry a sales target and sell our solutions into both government and larger companies
Must have led and managed a team in his/her working experience
Must be willing and able to travel on a quarterly basis, to neighbouring west African countries, South Africa and Dubai on a regular basis for channel related meetings.

The job requirements will include:

Meet sales targets for the Nigeria region
Work with channel to track large deals, and provide assist to close these named deals
Develop own direct led pipeline of deals that are invoiced via the reseller channel
Identify and form partnerships with professional bodies in Nigeria along with neighbouring countries
Provide sales coaching to sales partners in the region with assistance from south African office
On boarding of all new sales partners and assisting with finding new partners
Adhere to all compliance regulations and develop relationships with appropriate boards.

We are looking for an induvidual who currently resides in Lagos, and who is a West African citizen. Applicants who do not match these two criteria need not apply.
