  1. The court should stop treating issues of rape with such ridiculous laws! How can they make rape bailable offence? Until they categorize is under serious criminal offence that is not bailable or make bails not less 1 million with three sureties or even carries death penalties, women (small girls & adults) will continue to suffer such wicked/cruel fate. You can see that rape is on the increase; even a girl of 6 months,1 year are not exempted. Besides, rape victim can suffer plaques from bruises, STD, HIV, social embarrassment, death, etc. How can they find “rapers” 200k & be left to go home wandering freely wen the girl affected is still hiding her face in shame/thinking suicide? Our laws to me is encouraging crime
