Job description

Real estate executive with strong financial management and deal structuring expertise.

 

Will manage a real estate and asset management firm with land assets at its disposal with value to be unlocked. Strong financial and property development strategies will be a priority. Deal closing and a firm hand in developing projects will be essential skills

 

REPORTS TO:

Chairman of the board

Board of Directors

 

REQUIREMENTS

5-10 years financial and real estate development experience

Extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria

Portfolio management experience

Strong network of contacts

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Crafting strategy for development of      extensive property portfolio
  2. Finding Joint venture partners
  3. Sourcing finance for development projects
  4. Management of debt portfolio
  5. Financial management including financial planning, strategy, audits and account management
  6. Management of quoted and unquoted stock portfolio including active

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Ability to multitask

Deep industry knowledge

5-10 years experience in a similar role
