Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole, Wednesday promised his administration’s willingness to partner with foreign investors in a bid to address unemployment in the state.
Governor Oshiomhole said this when Muslim faithful visited him in Government House, Benin City as part of activities marking this year’s Eld-el-Kabair festival.
Represented by Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Prof. Julius Ihonvbere, Oshiomole said, “Government has concluded arrangement to expand the private sector to help reduce unemployment in the state.
According to him, “Some delegation of foreign investors are ready to visit Edo State for industrial partnership with the State Government”.
This and many other plans of the government, he said will reduce unemployment in the state.
