Nigeria to Play Ethiopia in a Pre-CHAN Friendly.

Super Eagles team B will play Ethiopia in an international friendly ahead of their debut appearance in the 2014 African Nations Championships (CHAN).

The warm-up match has been scheduled for Saturday January 4 in Abuja.

Ethiopia, who have been pitched with Ghana, Congo and Libya in Group C of the next month’s tournament, requested for the friendly and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have finally consented to it, according to Brila FM.

The coach Sewnet Bishaw-led squad are expected to fly into the country on Friday, January 3.

Nigeria has been pitted against hosts South Africa, Mozambique and Mali in Group A of the tournament.
