The Kano State Police Command yesterday said they are yet to find the abductors of the Lebanese industrialist that was seized on Monday, December 23, 2013.
Mr Hassan Zein, the Managing Director of M.C Plastic Company, was seized by unknown gunmen, who trailed him to the plastic factory at about 7:30am that day but not before they shot a woman and a security guard.
Since then, the state police command said they were on the trail of the abductors to rescue Mr. Zeid.
“We are making progress in our efforts at reuniting the man with his family. Police will soon get the abductors and rescue the man”, ASP Magaji Musa Majiya, spokesperson of Kano police command said yesterday.
