A loved-up couple said ‘I dough’ when they by celebrated their wedding with huge ‘selfie’ pizzas.
Newlyweds Kieran and Natasha Morris surprised guests at their reception with two 13-inch pizzas made up to look like their faces.
The edible masterpieces were created by renowned artist Nathan Wyburn, who specialising in creating portraits out of unusual materials.
The images were designed on two 13-inch pizza bases, with the couple’s faces created from toppings, including tomato, ham and sweetcorn. Both pizzas took more than three hours to create – but were quickly munched by hungry guests.
The couple – from Bury – tied the knot on Saturday at Samlesbury Hall in Preston before the pizzas were delivered to their reception.
Groom Kieran said: “The pizza selfie portraits were like nothing we could have imagined – definitely our most unusual wedding present!
“We were completely overwhelmed to see our faces on the pizzas, and the guests absolutely loved them.
“We order Domino’s pizza all the time – so it felt right to incorporate them into the most special day of our lives.”
The couple have been together for seven years. Kieran is a support worker and Natalie is a student at Salford University . They will be honeymooning in Reykjavik, Iceland.
