Information Nigeria has just learnt that the Speaker, House of Representative, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun State, for reasons that might not be unconnected with political calculations towards 2015.
The Speaker, who arrived Obasanjo’s hill-top mansion at presidential boulevard around 10:33am in a convoy of four vehicles all marked NASS, immediately went into a closed door meeting with the former president.
Earlier, the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland in Kogi State, Alhaji Ado Ibrahim, also visited the former president’s residence but left before Tambuwal’s convoy entered into the expansive compound.
As at the time of filing this report, the Speaker and former president are still holding their meeting.
