Team Leader, Development Specialist infrastructure at Egis

Project: Development plan for the ECOWAS regional infrastructure development in the fields of transport, ICT, energy and water.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and skills

  • Hold a university degree in public policy, engineering, social sciences, management or equivalent;
  • Have strong analytical capacity and experience in strategic analysis;
  • Have a good skill in writing and presentation.

General professional experience

  • Total at least 15 years of professional experience in program planning and infrastructure development;
  • Total at least 15 years of experience in project management;
  • Have a good understanding of issues relating to development projects of regional infrastructure;
  • Fluent in French and English.

Specific professional experience

  • Have experience in development of regional infrastructure manager level;
  • Having a good knowledge of the environment and infrastructure planning in West Africa.

Conditions:

  • Location: Abuja, Nigeria.
  • Project duration: 18 months.
