CONFESSION: How Ribadu Made Enemies For Me – Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has spoken of how former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu, created enemies for him.

According to the former president, Mr. Ribadu’s zeal as the pioneer head of the anti-corruption unit was ruthless enough to attract a lot of enemies for him.

Mr Obasanjo, who was speaking after a presentation on “Illicit Financial Flow and Governance of Natural Resources” delivered by Mr. Ribadu at the 3rd Tana High Level Forum on Security in Africa in Badir Dar, Ethiopia, on Saturday, said he doesn’t fear those enemies.
