Joseph Ayo Babalola University has been given approval by the National Universities Commission (NUC), to run a College of Law.
The approval came after the NUC team which visited the institution to ascertain its level of preparedness for the commencement of the programmes in Law okay-ed the structures on ground and therefore gave its mandate to the University via a mail sent to the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Sola Fajana.
Professor Sola Fajana said all hands have being on deck awaiting the approval of the programme. He added that concerted efforts have been made to ensure that the University is constantly in line with the provisions laid down by the regulatory body.
NUC also gave its approval for Public Administration (B.Sc.).
The regulatory body admonished the University Management to provide adequate human and material resources for the development and growth of the approved programmes.
