FGNThe Federal Government has declared tomorrow, Thursday, as public holiday in commemoration of the 2014 Workers’ Day celebration.

The Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, who disclosed this in a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Fatima Bamidele, on Tuesday in Abuja, congratulated Nigerian workers on their resilience and commitment in the face of obvious challenges of daily living.

He urged them to continue to support the government in its efforts to improve the work environment and their living conditions.

The minister further called on Nigerian workers to give President Goodluck Jonathan all the support “in his desire to transform the country”.
