A California man is accused of selling drugs from his ice cream truck.

Kelly Brown, 62, was busted for suspected methamphetamine possession after a witness called police and said, “The ice cream [truck] driver just tried to sell me some drugs,” according to KPIX.

Brown, who works for Kelly’s Ice Cream, was arrested Wednesday at an Arco gas station in Brentwood after cops got the tip. Witnesses took photos of his arrest.

He’s now in Contra Costa County jail.

Other alleged drug dealers have tried hawking their goods from ice cream trucks.

In 2012, a Maryland man was charged with possession with intent to distribute after cops received a tip that he was selling marijuana out of his ice cream truck, according to NBC Washington.

“Ice cream or marijuana, you can take your pick with this guy,” Diane Richardson, Charles County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman, told the station at the time.

In 2013, a Brooklyn, New York, man faced drug charges after undercover cops filmed him selling cocaine out of an ice cream truck, reportedly with children only a few feet away.
