The singer captioned the photo to her more than 35 million followers with the single description: ‘Twinzies’.
She used the same caption for another photo showing her with the newborn daughter of her cousin Noella Alstrom.
Rihanna was
wearing a checkered pink blouse in the photo that showed her niece in a pink onesie resting with her eyes closed against her aunt’s shoulder.
Rihanna seems to have a very light work schedule as she is yet to leave her niece’s side. She’s been taking care of her in the hospital and sharing photos.
