In an amazing effort to raise the awareness about the school girls kidnapped in the Chibok area of Borno state, American singer and actor — Tyrese, hosted a music concert.

The event tagged – For Our Girls in Nigeria, was held in Los Angeles on Friday 30th May 2014. Tyrese says he was inspired by First Lady Michelle Obama “to do something”.

All proceeds from the event is going to UNICEF who will send the money directly to the families of the girls.
