A bomber who is allegedly said to be connected with the Kaduna explosion targeted at retired Major General in the Nigerian Army and a former military ruler of Nigeria Former Head, General Buhari has been arrested.
According to a statement that was released on the Nigerian Military website, the suspected bomber was dressed as a woman clad in a female garb and brazier thereby deceiving everyone that comes around him. He was however arrested by the patrol team that came to the location of the explosion almost immediately it happened.
It was reportedly said that the suspected bomber was caught while trying to sneak away into the crowd of people who were shocked by the explosion. If not for the swift attention of the military men, he would have been mobbed by the youths in the area. The bomber is being interrogated. It would be recalled that the Civil Rights Congress of Nigeria made it known that the intent of the architect of the twin blasts in Kaduna on Wednesday was to trigger civil unrest in the country.
