Drunk driving is incredibly stupid to do but when the driver is 13-years-old and highly intoxicated you can’t imagine anyone being safe both off and on the streets. Wisconsin police department reported that the 13-year old girl had five passengers in the car with her (all younger than her.)
“She seemed a little impaired by his judgment,” according to Manitowoc Deputy Chief Bridget Brennan. “When he asked for license, she said she didn’t have one.” After the girl failed the sobriety tests police immediately arrested her.
How in the world did these kids get a car without anyone noticing? Parents are constantly leaving kids in hot cars so something like this doesn’t surprise me. Five kids could have easily died so evidently more than one parent is irresponsible in this case.
