Arsenal have confirmed departures of two players Ryo Miyaichi and Ignasi Miguel to FC Twente and Norwich City.
The Gunners have announced that Japanese winger Miyaichi has joined Dutch side FC Twente on loan for the rest of the 2014/15 season, while 21-year-old defender Miguel has joined Championship side Norwich on a permanent deal for undisclosed fee.
Miguel, a product of Barcelona’s famous La Masia academy, joined Arsenal from Catalonia club Cornella as a 16-year-old in 2008 and took his Premier League bow the following season.
He featured seven times on loan at Leicester City last season, as the ‘Foxes’ gained promotion back to the Premier League.
Miyaichi will be embarking on his fourth loan spell away from the Emirates Stadium since impressing manager Arsene Wenger on trial in January 2011 from Cerezo Osaka.
He was initially loaned to another Eredevisie outfit Feyenoord, before subsequent loan spells with Bolton and Wigan Athletic in the Premier League.
He made his international debut in a friendly match against Azerbaijan in May 2012, coming on as a 60th minute substitute.
