Job description
The Project Manager will lead teams to construct roads, drainages, electrical power supply and distribution, street lighting, bore holes, water treatment plant, water storage and reticulation, sewerage network and sewage treatment pant for large estates. He will manage several subcontractors to deliver their various aspects of the project on time, budget and to specifications.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering and be COREN registered with at least 15 years post qualification experience in consulting and construction. Five of which must have been at Site Manager or Project Manager level. Post graduate qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
