I guess this is a move most Nigerians have been waiting to see.
Nigeria and Villareal striker, Ikechukwu Uche, is listed among Super Eagles players who have been invited for the last set of qualifying matches for the 2015 Africa Nations Cup.
IK Uche, who was overlooked by Stephen Keshi since his below par performances at the 2013 African Nations Cup which held in South Africa last year, has been recalled to the Super Eagles squad ahead of the remaining 2015 AFCON qualifying matches against Congo and South Africa.
Uche, who had been left out the squad for almost 2 years after falling out with former Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, is included in the 25 players shortlist for the matches to the delight of several of his fans who clamoured for his return to the team before the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and after.
All things being equal in the effort to ensure Nigeria qualifies for the next Nations Cups, IK Uche will be one of the strikers that will feature for Nigeria.
