Unfortunately, most celebrities who recently joined the Nigerian political scene have turned out as losers.
Just yesterday, I reported an exclusive of Desmond Elliot emerging as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Lagos State House of Assembly election in 2015 after the APC primaries.
However, fellow entertainer Kenny St. Brown wasn’t as lucky as she lost out to Lai Mohammed‘s son, Folajimi Lai Mohammed for the Ikeja constituency.
The latest is that Dayo Adeneye also lost out to Governor Amosun’s former SA on Education for the APC Odogbolu House of Assembly ticket.
