Glo Premier League side Warri Wolves have announced plans to sign five new players ahead of the New Year.
Wolves managing director, Davidson Owumi said: “We have invited five players to beef up some areas and discussion is on with them at present.”
Identities of the prospective arrivals has yet to be disclosed but the Wolves chief hinted they are players from second-tier Crown FC, FC Taraba, Sunshine Stars and Akwa United.

Wolves will understandably also promote two players from their feeders’ team. Meanwhile, 12 players from last season’s 3rd-place finish have been shown exit doors.
Wolves, who are due to represent Nigeria in next year’s Caf Confederation Cup, have registered 23 players for the second-tier continental showpiece.
