Leaders, Bayern Munich have announced they will be without Franck Ribery and Rafinha when the Bundesliga resumes.
The champions, who are 11 points clear of second-placed Wolfsburg at the half-way stage of the league season, travel to the latter’s Volkswagen Arena Stadium on Friday night.
The Bavarians announced on their official Twitter page on Thursday that the French winger and Brazilian full-back have both been ruled out for a fortnight after picking up injuries in training on Wednesday.
Ribery has torn muscle fibres in his right thigh and Rafinha has damaged ligaments in his left ankle. Both players are likely to miss the Wolfsburg game, midweek visit of Schalke and the visit to Stuttgart the following weekend.
