3 Foreign-Based Stars Invited For Dream Team VI Duel With Zambia

Coach Samson Siasia has named three oversea-based professionals to the Nigeria under-23 squad for a crucial All-Africa games qualifier away in Zambia.

The invited players are Turkey-based Aminu Umar, Paul Onauchu Ebere of Midtjullan FC and Atanda Sodiq Ololade of FC Apollonia Albania.

The trio is expected in the country not later than Monday.

The Dream Team VI have it all to do in the reverse on 12 April, after playing out a goalless draw in the first leg of the final round qualifier in Abuja last month.

In the meantime, four of the Nigeria under-20 players invited for the game in Lusaka have reported to camp ahead of a Wednesday deadline.

Flying Eagles captain Musa Mohammed was first to report in the team’s Febson Hotel camp, followed by goalkeeper Dele Alampasu, Taiwo Awoniyi and Musa Abdullahi.

Bernard Bulbwa is the only player still expected at the training camp.
