Flying Eagles forward Bernard Bulbwa have joined Tunisian side Esperance on a four-year deal.
The club announced on its website that negotiations with Bulbwa’s agent have been concluded and the youngster will join up with the rest of the squad in June.
The 18-year-old figured for the Nigeria under-20 national team at the 2015 African Youth Championship in Senegal, earning rave review for his wonderful strike in the final against Senegal last month.
He claimed the Goal of the Tournament and has been named in the Nigeria U-23 team to face Zambia in an All-Africa Games qualifier in Lusaka.
The former Shuttle Sports Academy player will join another former Nigeria youth international, Emem Eduok, who joined the Tunisian giants from Dolphins FC.
Other Nigerians who have featured for Esperance include Obinna Nwaneri, Michael Eneramo, Gabriel Okolosi, Garba Lawal and Julius Aghahowa.
