Draws for the Men’s and Women’s competitions of the 2015 Federation Cup were conducted at the Conference Room of the Fifa Goal Project, National Stadium Complex, Abuja on Thursday.

Out of the 64 teams that made it through the regional finals in the Men’s competition, defending champions Enyimba International FC were seeded 1, while 2014 losing finalist Dolphins FC were seeded 64th.

Holders Rivers Angels were seeded 1st out of the 18 teams that emerged for the Women’s Draw as Sunshine Queens were as well kept far apart, seeded 18th.

Oginni Queens will face Rising Queens, and Moje Queens battle Golden Babes in the play-off round of the Women’s Cup, with the remaining 14 teams drawn bye.

There will be no all-Glo Premier League clash in the round of 64 of the men’s competition, as Enyimba face Nasarawa Feeders FC, while four-time winners Dolphins are up against Inter FC. Other match-up in the opening round sees Bayelsa United away to neighbours Nembe City, Enugu Rangers away to Kaduna United and Kano Pillars at home to Zara FC.

The round of 64 matches takes place on 13 and 14 May and the round of 32 is slated for 8 and 9 July. The Federation Cup will then take a short break and resumes a fortnight later with last 16 fixtures.

The quarter-finals matches come up on 12 and 13 August. The semi-final is scheduled for 19 August, while the final holds on 30 August.
