PMBPresident Muhammadu Buhari on Monday formally resumed in his office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Since his inauguration on May 29, 2015 President Buhari had been working from the Defence House, Maitama, owing to what his spokesman, Garba Shehu attributed to ongoing ‘renovation’ works at the Presidential Villa.

Shortly after arriving his office, Mr. Buhari was joined by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN).

As the vice president trekked the long distance from his office to that of the president, he was seen exchanging pleasantries with some State House workers along the way.

Buhari and Osinbanjo thereafter met with some of their top aides.

While the meeting was ongoing, it was learnt that the Service Chiefs also arrived the Presidential Villa to meet him President Buhari.

With his official resumption at the seat of power, activities of governance are expected to pick up immediately.
