Chelsea have agreed a deal with AS Monaco to sign Radamel Falcao on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal, according to Sky Sports.
Falcao had a disappointing loan spell with Manchester United last season, scoring four goals in 26 appearances.
The Old Trafford outfit opted against making permanent the Colombian striker’s deal.
Chelsea released Didier Drogba at the end of the 2014-15 season and have been in talks with the principality outfit since last week when Sky Sports first broke the news.
Falcao is currently on international duty at the Copa America.
