spent my last xmas in otukpo and my house is close to d express. I came back to lagos with accute carrtha cos I inhaled so much dust. Dusty roads, no water. The houses are all damp coated with dust. The only luxury if a town I saw was a 40 meter street light that starts from the T junction after the rail and terminate in front of Davod Marks House.
Going round the Town, you will see for urself a well planned Town that have suffered neglect for some Time of over 18 years !
