Boko HaramEleven members of the violent terrorist organization, Boko Haram, were killed on Friday by fellow insurgents in Miringa village, Biu Local Government Area of Borno State after they reportedly fled from one of its camps near the area.

According to SaharaReporters, the terrorist sect sent at least 20 fighters in hot pursuit of the fleeing members and caught up with them in the village as they waited to surrender to government forces.

Villagers told the online news portal that the terrorists assembled the deserting members, summarily tried them and slit their throats in the presence of horrified villagers and then left their bodies in the village.
