Poor Service: Customer Jabs Airtel On Twitter…Lol

Lol. Choi! Some people have no chill. So Airtel told the customer that they have followed him on Twitter so he can send them a direct message and the guy replied saying he’s trying to follow back but their network is not letting him (meaning it’s slow or not going at all) and would use a competitor’s network to follow them. Boom! And Airtel was so gracious in their response! Nice one!
