court-sessionThe National and State Legislative Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal for Adamawa State has adjourned indefinitely to allow the judges prepare judgment on seven petitions filed before it.
The Secretary of the tribunal, Falilat Orire, said in Abuja on Tuesday that the Justice Anthony Onovo-led three-member tribunal would notify counsel in the petitions on the day for each judgment.

Justice Onovo had in a ruling, dismissed the petition following an application by the petitioner, Andraus Sawa, of the Social Democratic Party, seeking its withdrawal on the basis of family ties.
The tribunal is to deliver judgment in a petition filed by Umar Duhu of APC seeking the nullification of the election of Rep. Adamu Kamale (PDP- Madagali‎/Michika).
It will also give judgment on the six other petitions filed on the State House of Assembly elections.
