President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated a former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Bamanga Tukur, on his 80th birthday coming up on Tuesday in Abuja.
A statement by the Special Assistant to Tukur, Oliver Okpala, said that Buhari wished the former PDP national chairman good health and thanked him for his services to the nation.
