  1. A CLARION CALL TO MR. PRESIDENT.

It is with a great pain and displeasure that i write this letter to u sir.

This letter is bore out of the recent suspension of an almost concluded NIS induction training going on in various state commands, pending further directives.

Sir I wish not to take much of your time writing a volume letter but it is so sad to note that this can be happening in a time when we all desired a change and voted towards it.

I wish to acknowledge with all sense of sincerity that in the history of employments in the public service this NIS has proved to be the most free and fair.

It might also interest you to know that most perons who participated in the exercise that were eventually not shortlisted for reason or the other went home being pleased and hoping to try again because they knew that they were not robbed in anyway, unlike the usual corrupt practices always recorded in such recruitments and as such I am not surprised that perhaps some who could not field their candidates through the back door are aggrieved and wants the recruitment canceled, which has always been the case in a recruitment like this. But I pray that your good government will intervene to fight for this ones.

Sir, it will be a great injustice should this recruits be relieved off their appointments and it will create a lasting hate in the minds of the youths who came out in mass to vote you, following your love and promise of employment to us the youths.

Sir, i crave your indulgence at this juncture to look in into this matter and put back smiles to the faces of this recruits who has sacrificed their time, money, love and strength in preparation to serving their father land.

The cancelation of this exercise will not only result to a public out cry but will also be a waste of our nations resources put in for the success of the exercise.

I, further wish to say that the actions of the board is political and should not be allowed to over shadow your goodwill for our nation.

Your Excellence sir, this recruits are neither of any political party but Nigerian youths and on this grounds I pray you to confirm the appointments of these recruits, as it would reduce the number of the unemployed..

Sir furthermore the general public are waiting for your kind response and further instructions to enable this recruits proceed immediately to their various training schools to further equip them for the great challenges ahead.

Your Excellence Sir, the fate of this recruits lies before you.

    God bless our dear Nation..
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria
