A woman in China, who owns and operates a goat farm, was surprised to see a young male goat producing milk when she attended to its needs one morning. The female farmer identified as Tian of Laiyang, said that one of her goats gave birth to twins earlier this year.
There was nothing special about the animals until one of them began producing milk about a week ago. The seven-month-old goat was checked out by a veterinarian, who said that it is suffering from a hormone imbalance, enabling it to produce milk.
Last month, a two-year-old goat in Sendhwa, India, began lactating due to a hormonal imbalance. The goat was bought for $300 by Ziauddin Jindran, who called it a miracle goat.
