APGA Knocks Ebonyi Govt Over New Tax Policy

David Umahi

The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) on Friday faulted the Ebonyi State Government over the new tax policies it recently introduced in the state.

The new tax policies, according to the party, could lead to collapse of the state’s economy.

APGA’s position was made known by its Deputy National Secretary, Comrade Jerry Obasi, in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital.

Comrade Obasi also condemned the government’s demolition of some shops and attachments in the state, saying it was unwarranted because Ebonyi lacks infrastructural development.
