Scores Killed In Adamawa As Female Suicide Bombers Attack Motor Park

Scores were feared killed on Monday when two female suicide bombers attacked a busy motor park in Madagali Adamawa State.

According to reports, the female suicide bombers detonated their Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) at a mini market close to the bus station at about 9:00am, killing several people.

Confirming the incident, the Brigade Commander of 28 Task Force Brigade, Mubi, Victor Ezugwu, said the number of victims has not been ascertained.

Ezugwu, a Brigadier General, said the injured victims had been taken to hospital, while security agents had cordoned off the area.
