Nigeria’s Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ibas and Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin, have commissioned Navy security boats in Rivers State.

Speaking at the launching of 25 Epenal at NNS Pathfinder in Port Harcourt, on Wednesday, General Olonisakin said that Nigeria would continue to intensify its military operations to safe guard the country’s territorial integrity.

According to him, the nation is challenged by multi-faceted threats with grave manifestations, especially in the south-east and the maritime environment. He, therefore, warned that any one or group that threatens the peace of the country would have to deal with the full military might of the country.
