Two South African Kids Sue T.B Joshua Over Dad’s Death In Building Collapse

The founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, Pastor Temitope Joshua and seven others, have been dragged before a Lagos State High Court in Igbosere by two South African children whose father was among those killed when a guest house belonging to church collapsed in September of 2014.

The kids, Nora Furah Wa Kalambaie (6) and her brother, Bulungu Malaika Wa Kalambaie (3), filed the suit on Tuesday.

They are seeking an order directing the popular cleric and other defendants to pay them R8, 772,000 as cost and damages for the death of their father, Kalambaie Wa Kalambaie.

The kids claimed that their father was one of the 116 people, mostly foreigners, killed in the building collapse.
Listed as co-defendants are – Registered Trustees of Synagogue, Jadny Trust Limited; Hardrock Construction and Engineering Company and two engineers, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun.

Also joined in the suit are – Lagos State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice and the state Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
