NNPC Floods Abuja, Environs With 200 Truckloads Of Petrol

NNPC-Petrol-TankersThe Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, in keeping with its resolve to end long queues in filling stations, said 200 truckloads of Premium Motor Spirit were on Thursday supplied to Abuja and its environs.
The Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs Division of NNPC, Garba Deen Muhammad, stated this in a statement in Abuja.
Mr. Muhammad gave the assurance that the corporation was doing everything humanly possible to ensure supply and distribution of products were not disrupted in any way.
He, however, appealed to motorists to be orderly while waiting to buy petrol even as he called on marketers not to hoard the product.
The NNPC spokesman further urged the public not to engage in panic buying, adding the corporation had enough supply to go round the country.
