Anti-Party: APC Raises 11-Man Disciplinary C’ttee To Probe Kogi Gov

Yahaya-BelloThe Kogi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has constituted an eleven-man disciplinary committee to probe allegations of anti-party activities leveled against the state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
Gov. Bello and the Kogi State chapter of the party have been at loggerheads over the former’s alleged preference for members of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state for appointments.
The development resulted in the state leadership of the APC declaring a vote of no confidence in the governor.
The committee was constituted at the end of a meeting held in Abuja attended by stakeholders of the party including the state party’s APC Chairman, Haddy Ametro.
