In its bid to deliver on its campaign promise to create 1 million jobs, the Federal Government has announced job positions for 500,000 graduate teachers.

Youth unemployment has risen to over 40% in the last one year and the Federal Government’s response is what it has tagged the ‘Npower teach’ initiative for graduates as well as 100,000 non-graduates. It forms part of the N500billion social investment programmesn which the Buhari administration also promised during their campaign.

Applications will begin on June 11 on the portal npower.gov.ng
