Solar Impulse 2, a solar powered airplane designed by Bertrand Piccard and André Borschberg has completed an impressive milestone in its bid to circle the globe.
Picard and his partner begun their attempt to travel around the globe in March 2015 but in April, a damaged battery stalled their attempt for a while. The 14th leg of their journey, from Pennsylvania to New York was completed yesterday
