Fox Sports have fired reporter, Emily Austen following racist comments she made on a Thursday broadcast of barstool Sports Rundown.

In an episode which was streamed on Facebook Live, Austen said “I didn’t even know Mexicans were that smart,” her comments were a response to a tweet where an undocumented immigrant disclosed she had a 4.5o CGPA and full scholarship.

Austen went on to say “You see, you guys know that the Chinese guy is always the smartest guy in math class,”

She went ahead to give her opinion on Jews and black people, “The way I used to talk to the Jews in Boca,” she starts. “I just didn’t care. They would complain and bitch about everything. I gave a guy, delivered his beer and he was complaining to me that there was too much head. I knew that he was a stingy asshole and he wasn’t going to give me a tip.”

In a weird twist, Austen ends her tirade by claiming, “I’m not trying to be racist, but it’s true,”

Fox Sports fired her on Friday evening and distanced the company from Austen’s comments, “She was not speaking on behalf of Fox Sports, nor do we condone any of the statements she made in the video,”
