2014 July 27: In Kano State, a bomb exploded at the St. Charles Catholic Church

On this day in 2009: In Gamboru-Ngala Borno State, heavily armed members of a Nigerian Taliban sect stormed the town and went on the rampage, burnt police headquarters, church and customs post.

2014 July 27:  In Kano State, a bomb exploded at the St. Charles Catholic Church, shortly after the end of Mass.  The bombing killed five people and eight were injured.

And on this day in 2014; President Buhari’s convoy was attacked and  Militant leader, Dokubo-Asari, who is also the leader of Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Force, NDPSF,  exploded, saying Buhari masterminded the attack on himself.
