The West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for Private Candidates informs candidates that the WASSCE Examination 2016 is in progress. However, it also brought to the notice of the public that you can now even write WAEC exams without registering in the period of the registration. This means you have the option of either registering before the registration date (July 29th) elapses or you could decide to register 24 hours prior to the writing the subject you wish to write. These sets of student i.e the 2nd category are referred to “Walk-in-Candidates”. ‘Candidates who wishes to register for the examination after the close of entries can be accommodated as “Walk-in-Candidates” provided they register not less than twenty four hours to the scheduled time of the paper(s) they intend to write,’ says WAEC.
